Wine has been guiding Olivier's professional journey for over two decades.
A graduate of the Sorbonne and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, Oliver founded Ecole du Vin de France in 2003 to share his approach to tasting, his enology expertise and his knowledge of French and International wines and vineyards.
Ecole du Vin de France quickly became a leader in its field in France. Today it offers wine tasting workshops and certifying courses in France and abroad for all wine enthusiasts, professionals and laymen alike.
An International Overture
In 2010, Olivier founded Ecole du Vin de France-Asia in Hong Kong, the first ever French wine tasting center abroad. He created diploma training courses, qualifications that have become the standard.
Always the Wine Lover
As a trainer, Oliver leads seminars for major companies and public organizations worlwide (HSBC, Société Générale Comexposium, Microsoft, HKTDC, Air France, the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ubifrance, etc.).
Co-author of the book "Le Vin sans Complexe" (Wine Without Complex) with Sandrine Audegond, published by Albin Michel, he acts as an expert for various television media (France 2, France 3, M6, TV5 Monde, Reuters, France Info, RFI) and contributes to a number of leading publications (Capital, Le Point, Science et Vie, etc.).
